Bush Speaks (Keith)

Good post.

I saw much of President Bush's speech at the NAACP annual convention today. It was fairly interesting. There was polite and spattered applause throughout the speech, but the loudest and longest applause was when he spoke about the Voting Rights Act; 'I look forward to the Senate passing this bill promptly, without amendment, so I can sign it into law.'
