Came here from NaBloWriMo. Is Carrboro still labelling itself as "Paris of the Piedmont" as it was back in the 1980's? Went to grad school @ UNC, but lived in the humble and the occasionally flooded Carrboro.

Never heard that one. We joke about "The People's Republic of Carrboro" though. I prefer Carrboro to Chapel Hill--much more livable.
