When I saw that bottom line with the "average" cut (-2% by McCain, -0.3% by Obama), it reminds me of how math can be used correctly and incorrectly to say or imply misleading things. Just last week in class I talked about how you can't just compare a change in big numbers straight up with a change in small numbers; you should use a weighted average.
